Shipping and Delivery

MIVEKA orders are dispatched via an appropriate shipping carrier upon the completion of the order preparation process. The designated carrier and any applicable shipping fees are determined based on the information provided to the customer during the ordering or checkout process.

Unless a shorter delivery timeframe is explicitly promised, orders are dispatched within the statutory maximum period stipulated by applicable consumer protection laws. The customer is solely responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.

In the event of loss or damage during transit, the seller retains liability under current legislation until the product is successfully delivered to the consumer.

For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or similar country-specific charges may be assessed prior to order placement or handled in accordance with the destination country's regulations.
