Returns and Exchanges

Under distance selling regulations, the consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery of the product, without the need to provide any justification. The notice of withdrawal may be submitted in writing or via a durable medium, such as through our support email address.

Should the right of withdrawal be exercised, the product must be returned in accordance with applicable legislation. If a specific return carrier was not designated in the preliminary information, no return shipping costs will be claimed from the consumer.

The product to be returned is expected to be preserved in a condition that does not preclude the assessment of the right of withdrawal. Statutory exceptions apply; for instance, custom-made products tailored to the consumer's specific requests, or items unsuitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons once their protective packaging has been unsealed, may be exempt from the right of withdrawal.

Refunds pertaining to the right of withdrawal are processed in compliance with current legislation and using the same payment method utilized during the original transaction.
